How to Brew — Ground Coffee

The machine comes with a reusable permanent filter. You can also use a #4 paper cone filter if you prefer — but never use both at once.

  1. Fill the water reservoir with fresh, cold water to the line matching your desired brew size.
  2. Slide the lid back to open the brew basket. Place the permanent filter (or a #4 paper cone filter) in the basket.
  3. Add ground coffee — use the included scoop and refer to the measurement chart on the machine. A general guide: 1 tablespoon per small cup, 2–3 tablespoons for larger sizes. Use medium-grind coffee for best results.
  4. Slide the lid forward until it clicks closed.
  5. Place your cup or carafe on the drip tray under the brew basket spout.
  6. Press the brew size button for your desired amount.
  7. Select a brew style (Classic, Rich, Over Ice, or Specialty).
  8. Press Brew. A progress bar will show on the display.

If you see sediment in your cup with the permanent filter, try a slightly coarser grind or switch to a paper filter.

How to Brew — K-Cup Pods

The machine uses a Ninja Pod Adapter (a small tray that snaps into the brew basket) to accept standard K-Cup pods.

  1. Fill the water reservoir with fresh, cold water.
  2. Slide the lid back to open the brew basket. Place the Pod Adapter into the brew basket and press it down firmly until it snaps in.
  3. Slide the handle toward you until it clicks into the LOCK position.
  4. Open the pod latch, insert your K-Cup pod, and close the latch firmly.
  5. Place your mug under the brew basket spout.
  6. Select your pod brew size (6, 8, 10, or 12 oz).
  7. Select a brew style, then press Brew.

Pods cannot be used with carafe-size brew settings — pod brewing is single-serve only.

Making Iced Coffee

The Over Ice brew style brews hotter and stronger than usual so the coffee stays flavorful once it hits the ice — no watered-down iced coffee.

  1. Fill your cup or travel mug all the way to the top with ice cubes.
  2. Set up the machine with ground coffee or a pod as usual.
  3. Select your brew size, then select Over Ice as your brew style.
  4. Place your ice-filled cup under the spout and press Brew.
  5. Stir, add milk or cream if desired, and enjoy.
Cleaning

After Each Use

  • Remove and empty the water reservoir. Rinse it out.
  • Remove the brew basket and filter. Hand-wash in warm, soapy water — the pod adapter is not dishwasher-safe.
  • Wipe down the drip tray and carafe with a damp cloth.
  • If you used the built-in frother, rinse it under warm water right away.

Descaling (when the Clean light turns orange)

  1. Add 2 cups of white vinegar to the empty water reservoir, then fill the rest with fresh water up to the fill line.
  2. Press the Clean button, then press Start Brew.
  3. The cycle takes about 75 minutes. The machine will beep and show "End" when finished.
  4. Run 1–2 cycles with plain fresh water to rinse out any vinegar residue.

Descale when the light turns orange

The machine has an Intelligent Clean Cycle Indicator — when it glows orange, it's time to descale. In hard-water areas this may happen more frequently. A second cycle may be needed to clear heavy buildup.

Brew Sizes & StylesReference

There are two separate brew systems — one for ground coffee (9 sizes) and one for K-Cup pods (4 sizes). You can't use carafe sizes with pods.

Ninja Flip 10-in-1 Toaster Oven & Air Fryer

How to Use

This 1,800-watt oven combines infrared heat with high-velocity circulating air. It can air fry, bake, broil, toast, and more — often with no preheat required.

  1. Flip the oven down to the horizontal position if it's stored upright.
  2. Insert the appropriate accessory — the air fry basket for air frying, sheet pan for baking/roasting, wire rack for toast and bagels, or the broil rack placed inside the sheet pan for extra crispiness under the broiler.
  3. Rotate the Function Dial to select your cooking mode.
  4. Rotate the Temperature/Time Dial to set your temperature (85–450°F) and time.
  5. Press Start/Stop to begin. For most functions, you don't need to preheat — just put your food in and go.
  6. Press Start/Stop again at any time to pause or cancel.

For Toast and Bagel, use the Time/Slices dial to set the number of slices and darkness level rather than a temperature.

The Flip Mechanism

The oven flips up vertically to store flat against your backsplash, saving about 50% of counter space.

To store (flip up)

  1. Wait until the oven has fully cooled. The display will show "FLIP" when it's safe to do so.
  2. Grip the handles on both sides of the unit.
  3. Lift and flip the oven upward into the vertical position.

To use (flip down)

  1. Grip the handles on both sides.
  2. Lower the oven forward until it rests flat on the counter.
  3. Make sure the crumb tray is in place before cooking.
Cleaning
  • Let it cool completely before cleaning. The display will show "FLIP" when it's safe to handle.
  • Crumb tray — slide it out from the bottom, empty crumbs, and wipe with a damp cloth. Clean it regularly to prevent grease buildup.
  • Air fry basket, sheet pan, wire rack, and broil rack — all are dishwasher-safe, or hand-wash in warm soapy water.
  • Interior walls — flip the oven up to the vertical (storage) position for easier access when deep cleaning. Wipe with a damp cloth.
  • Exterior — wipe with a clean, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.

Never flip the oven upright while it is hot or in use. Always wait for it to cool first.

Ninja Professional Plus Blender

Using the Blender Pitcher

The 1,400-watt blender includes a 72 oz pitcher for large batches and features Auto-iQ — smart timed blend and pulse programs.

  1. Place the motor base on a clean, dry, flat surface. Plug it in.
  2. Add your ingredients to the pitcher. Do not fill above the MAX LIQUID line.
  3. Secure the lid firmly on top of the pitcher — press down until it's snug.
  4. Place the pitcher on the motor base and rotate it clockwise until it locks into place.
  5. Press Power to turn the unit on.
  6. Select a function (see below) and blend.
  7. When done, rotate the pitcher counter-clockwise to remove it from the base.

For best smoothie results, add liquids first, then soft ingredients, then frozen fruit or ice on top.

Using the Single-Serve Cups

The two 24 oz cups work upside-down on the base — they blend from the bottom. Great for individual smoothies you can take on the go.

  1. Add your ingredients to the cup. Do not fill above the MAX LIQUID line.
  2. Attach the Pro Extractor Blade Assembly to the top of the cup and twist clockwise until it's tightly sealed.
  3. Turn the cup upside down and place it on the motor base. Align the tabs on the cup with the slots on the base, then rotate clockwise until it clicks into place.
  4. Press Power, select your program, and blend.
  5. To remove, rotate the cup counter-clockwise and lift up.
  6. Remove the blade assembly by twisting it counter-clockwise. Attach the spout lid to drink on the go.

The blades are extremely sharp — handle the blade assembly by the body, not the blades. Never reach into the cup while the blade is attached.

Quick Smoothie Guide

Use the pitcher for larger batches or either single-serve cup for a single portion.

  1. Add your liquid first (milk, juice, water, yogurt) — about 1 cup for a single serve.
  2. Add any soft fruits or greens.
  3. Add frozen fruit or ice last, on top.
  4. Secure the lid (pitcher) or blade assembly (cup) and lock onto the base.
  5. Select Blend or Ultra Blend for frozen ingredients. The Auto-iQ cycle will run automatically and stop when done.
Cleaning

Quick Self-Clean (after each use)

  1. Add a small squirt of dish soap and 2 cups of warm water to the pitcher or cup.
  2. Lock onto the base and run on Blend for 30–60 seconds.
  3. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Dishwasher

  • The pitcher, cups, lids, and blade assemblies are all dishwasher-safe — place them on the top rack only.
  • Remove lids and blade assemblies from the containers before loading.

Never submerge the motor base in water. Wipe it down with a damp cloth only. Always unplug before cleaning.

Auto-iQ ProgramsReference

Auto-iQ programs automatically cycle between blending and pausing to deliver a consistent result without guesswork. Just press the button and let it run.

Blend

General blending — smoothies, soups, sauces. The most commonly used program.

Ultra Blend

Higher intensity for tougher ingredients — frozen fruit, nuts, leafy greens.

Pulse

Manual bursts of power. Hold to pulse, release to stop. Great for chunky salsas and rough chops.

Single Serve

Optimized program for the 24 oz cups — timed blend cycle specifically for individual portions.

Safety Notes

  • Always make sure the lid or blade assembly is fully locked before blending — contents can splash at high speed.
  • Never run the blender empty — always have liquid in it.
  • Do not exceed the MAX LIQUID line — hot liquids expand and can overflow.
  • Handle blade assemblies with care — blades are extremely sharp.
